Bhagavatula receives numerous appointments
CMU-Africa Director Vijayakumar Bhagavatula has been appointed to the Technical Program Committee of the Globecom 2019: The IEEE Global Communications Conference, as well as to the same committee of the CVPR 2019 Biometrics Workshop. In addition to those two appointments, Bhagavatula has also been appointed as an associate editor for the 2019 IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference this October.
