Rajkumar comments on autonomous trucking development

Raj Rajkumar commented for Ars Technica on how autonomous vehicle technologies are changing the future of the trucking industry. He believes that current efforts will focus primarily on automating the long stretches of highway driving that make up most trucking, leaving the driver to handle the more difficult portions, and that full automation is inevitable. “Over the next 20 years, as self-driving technology develops, the process will evolve to include last-mile delivery services,” says Rajkumar.
