Tayur featured in Huffington Post on VC investments
ECE Courtesy Professor Sridhar Tayur was featured in the Huffington Post in an interview on his career and venture capitalist investments. Also a professor of business, he has founded a startup called "SmartOps" to commercialize his research on supply chain planning algorithms and worked with numerous other startup ventures. He says, "I am an 'Academic Capitalist' who enjoys research in a wide variety of areas that need cool math—I am into quantum computing these days in addition to healthcare and supply chain topics—and also loves working closely with startups."
