Recently, a team at BitClave built a decentralized search advertising platform that eliminates the need for intermediaries like Google, Facebook, and Amazon. Instead of paying “middlemen” to promote their advertisements online, businesses can now make offers directly to consumers who have chosen to participate in the program. In this system, consumers have more control over the information they share with advertisers. They also have the opportunity to earn money for viewing ads online. Patrick Tague (BitClave CTO), explains in MediaPost that the technology powering the platform focuses on the idea of consumer control, privacy, and protection.
