FFT library for BG/L: together with S. Kral,  J. Lorenz, and C.W. Ueberhuber

We ported FFTW-GEL by S. Kral (based on FFTW 2.1.5) to support BlueGene/L’s Double FPU. FFTW-GEL for BlueGene/L should be installed on your BlueGene/L machine as standard FFT library. Download the latest version in the download area of SFB AURORA Project 5.
