Carnegie Mellon Researchers Present 8 Papers at IEEE PES General Meeting

Approximately ten faculty, researchers, and graduate students from the departments of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and Engineering and Public Policy (EPP) participated in the IEEE Power Engineering Society (PES) General Meeting in Montreal, Canada from June 18-22.

Carnegie Mellon researchers presented eight papers related to this year's theme in electric power systems, "Innovation and Reinvestment in Power Infrastructure." At this main annual meeting of the society, attendees from industry, academia, and government present their work, express their opinions in panels, and serve on major committees.
