Yue's Team Wins Outstanding Student Paper Award

Assistant Professor of ECE Patrick Yue co-authored a paper that won the ISSCC 2003 Jack Kilby Outstanding Student Paper Award at the 2004 International Solid-State Circuit Conference (ISSCC).

"10GHz Clock Distribution Using Coupled Standing-Wave Oscillators," written while Yue was a Consulting Assistant Professor at Stanford University, was the joint work of graduate student Frank O'Mahony and Professors Mark Horowitz and S. Simon Wong.

The honor was presented at the Plenary Session of ISSCC 2004 on the morning of February 16.
