Morgan Leads Effort to Improve Science and Technology Advice for Congress

Granger Morgan, Lord Professor of ECE and EPP; Head, Department of EPP; and Professor of H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management, is leading an effort to develop better ways to advise Congress about current and future issues in science and technology, covering issues such as improving the nation's air traffic control system, computer security, and managing genetically modified crops.
