Overview
The main purpose of this archive is to disseminate movies of unusual interests, as well as movies recorded before videos were included regularly in journal publications. Some of the movies are dated as far back as 25 years when fluorescence imaging just started to reveal exciting aspects of live cells. These experiments are based on the painstaking procedure of protein purification, chemical fluorescent labeling, and microinjecting into live cells.
To meet general interests only a brief introduction and legends are given for these studies. The readers are encouraged to consult the original publications for detailed descriptions and discussions.
