I am a Ph.D student in the ECE department of Carnegie Mellon University. I am affiliated to the Center for Silicon System Integration. My research interests are include: process-induced deformation characterization, parametric yield loss diagnose, design for manufacturability, statistical circuit performance analysis, yield prediction.

My advisor is Prof. Wojciech Maly.
