This
web page allows you to remotely use the Carnegie Mellon MEMS Extraction
tool. It is currently limited to MUMPS designs that have Manhattan style,
and can only handle a single structural layer. The input to this tool has
to be in CIF form. Currently the CIF parser is limited to boxes (B). Please
select a MUMPS .cif file
from your local machine, and click the "Extract" button. The extracted
netlist will be displayed on browser window
