TRANSPORTATION

The Tenth Annual Carnegie Mellon Conference on the Electricity Industry / NSF Workshop is being held on the Carnegie Mellon Pittsburgh Campus Monday through Wednesday, March 31-April 1.  All of the events will take place in Roberts Engineering Hall (Singleton Room, Fourth Floor).  April 2-3 workshop events will take place in Porter Hall Conference Room B34. Please have your taxi or shuttle drop you off at Scaife Hall, Roberts Drive.  Roberts Engineering Hall is up the sidewalk immediately to the right of Scaife Hall, and located behind Scaife Hall.  A campus map and directions may be found at these links:

There may be first-come parking available at the East Campus Parking Garage, the CIC Parking Garage, and the Gates Hall Parking Garage (see campus maps).  The City of Pittsburgh also maintains metered parking (credit card payable) on some of the nearby roads.

If you would like to save money traveling from the Pittsburgh International Airport, the Port Authority 28X bus runs from the Airport with the last stop at Carnegie Mellon University.  Schedule information is available at the Airport.

The Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center and other area hotels offer shuttle transportation to nearby locations. Please sign up at hotel. For transportation to or from the Pittsburgh International Airport, Gateway Limousine (412-782-5800) will accept credit cards for advance reservations.
