EGO maintains a graduate student lounge on the top floor of Hamerschlag Hall. To access the lounge, graduate students may request a keycard from the main office of the ECE Department (located on the main floor of Hamerschlag Hall). The lounge has undergone a recent renovation in the Summer and Fall of 2007, below are a few photos of the lounge taken on 1 Dec 2007. The photos can also be found in the photo gallery.  We have a state of the art pool table....with a ping pong table cover, and a foosball table. All are free and available for use 24 hrs/day, 7 days/wk to all ECE Graduate Students, simply visit Tara Moe in the ECE Department Office to request an electronic access card. 
 Featuring a brand new 52" Plasma HD Television. We are currently discussing possible peripherels to augment the television.  The lounge also features a kitchenette for making late night snacks, or microwaving healthy grad student food.  Our new furniture is still arriving, stop by the lounge and see how it looks! |
