Fall Picnic Chair

Duties

•The Fall Picnic Chair is an annual appointment.

•Organize the ECE fall picnic.

•Work with the ECE department to develop a mutually agreeable budget (all money for the fall picnic comes from the department).

•Find volunteers to head committees for picnic tasks.

•File a summary report at the conclusion of the picnic.

•Reserve picnic area for following year's picnic.
