About the project
This project is for the course Special Topics in Signal Processing (18-899), taught by Prof. Tsuhan Chen. The project members are:

Our project involves implementing a system to utilize the features of the new MPEG-4 standard to encode closed captioning as an additional layer on top of the picture, and to use state-of-the-art speech recognition technology to compensate for the delay between the captions and the picture
