Hi! I am a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, working with Prof Rutenbar. I am Indian and by some series of freak events, have landed here in the United States of America.

Before this, I spent four happy years in this very inconspicuous corner of the earth called Kharagpur, studying at the parent of all engineering institutes in India: the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

I am still quite happy.

Along the way, I have also earned my MS, again from CMU, and worked for Neolinear Inc./Cadence Design Systems. My research interests include the following:
  • CAD for DFM.
  • Analog Circuit/System Synthesis.
  • Circuit Simulation.
  • Application of Machine Learning to VLSI CAD problems.
