- 96 units are required (excluding three-unit seminars).
- Of the 96 units, the College of Engineering requires that a minimum of 60 units must be at the ECE graduate level (600 level and above), including both course and project units.
- At least 48 units of the 60 required ECE units must be ECE graduate-level courses (600 level and above).
- Please note: No more than 15 units of project/research may be counted toward the 96 unit requirement. Additionally, no more than 12 units of graduate project (18-980) can be used towards the 60 units of 600-level and above requirement.
- No more than 12 units of undergraduate (400 level and below) courses may be counted toward the 96-unit requirement.
- QPA must be a 3.00 or better to graduate. In addition, no course with a grade lower than "C" will be counted toward the Masters Degree requirements for the Integrated M.S./B.S. degrees.
