Project description

The purpose of this project is to make a joystick and microcontroller interface that varies the field strength of an array of solenoids in order to manipulate magnetic nanoparticles. The project includes patterning permalloy tips that would focus the magnetic flux to a region near the particles, and making a microfluidic cell that will be used to inject, guide and extract them.
