Goal: To analyze and select sensors placed on a mobile space vehicle to facilitate its navigation to the moon.
Method: This project will involve sensor research, data fusion, analysis and implementation tests. Through the test of sensors, I will find out the ones with the highest performance, and implement them in order to develop navigation systems. This project will also investigate sensor fusion software, and the link between sensing and navigation technology.
Outcome: To further develop navigation systems of lander through sensor implementations, and test through simulations.
