Do you find yourself feeling stressed out and overwhelmed as final projects and final exams approach?  On Monday, will you feel anxious about being behind on work after enjoying a beautiful Carnival Weekend? If so, then take the time to attend a stress management workshop in Hamerschlag 1107.

As we head into the final week of classes and finals, take some time to attend this workshop to learn how to better understand stress and respond to it in a healthy way. Prepare to set yourself up for success for the final push of the semester!
