José Moura, University Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, has been named the Philip and Marsha Dowd University Professor of Engineering. Moura has served as a co-founder and co-director of the Center for Sensed Critical Infrastructures Research (CenSCIR), and also founded and directs the Information and Communications Technologies Institute that manages the Carnegie Mellon | Portugal Program.
