ECE graduate students and faculty from Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley recently enjoyed dinner and conversation in the Monterey Bay Aquarium Open Sea Gallery. The private event began with a networking reception next to the aquarium's world-famous jellyfish and seahorse exhibits. With the growth of ECE's research and education programs at CMU-SV, ECE Pittsburgh has initiated an annual gathering for its students and faculty. They were joined by ECE Department Head Ed Schlesinger, the department's academic program advisors, and Director of Alumni and Student Relations Susan Farrington, who organized the event.
