Consortium Connects Universities with Government & Industry

Over 180 Attend Annual C2S2 Review

March 28, 2007

Over 180 researchers, industry leaders, and Department of Defense (DOD) sponsors attended the Center for Circuit & System Solutions (C2S2) annual review at Freescale Semiconductor in Austin, Texas on March 28. The agenda included progress updates of C2S2's technical thrusts in analog circuits and interfaces, digital circuits and systems, microarchitecture, silicon infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

In addition to the presentations, there were two poster sessions featuring over 50 student posters. The program concluded with a student networking event and dinner.

C2S2 develops long-range design solutions for next-generation circuits, and systems built from circuits. The center is a consortium of research universities supported by the U.S. semiconductor industry MARCO Focus Center Research Program with funds from industry and the DOD.
