ECE faculty members affiliated with the Carnegie Mellon CyLab will help instruct the Information Assurance Capacity Building Program (IACBP) from July 5-29. The instructors and their topics include: Hyong Kim, "A New Direction for Next Generation Network Architecture;" Greg Ganger, "'Self-*' Storage Infrastructures;" Adrian Perrig, "Secure Sensor Networks;" Mike Reiter, "Overview of Core Security Courses;" and Marios Savvides, "The Application of Biometric Technologies." Kim directs CyLab Korea and Reiter is the technical director for CyLab.Â

The IACBP, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), is an intensive in-residence summer program to help build information assurance education and research capacity at home institutions, specifically minority-serving universities.
