Rutenbar Delivers Semiconductor Keynote at ITRS

Rob Rutenbar, Jatras Professor of ECE, Professor of CS, and Director of the Center for Circuit & System Solutions (C2S2), gave the keynote address at the 2004 International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) Summer Conference in San Francisco. His topic was how semiconductor manufacturing challenges below 90 nanometers effect future circuit & system design strategies. ITRS sets manufacturing standards and goals for the worldwide semiconductor industry. The conference was planned for equipment and material suppliers, researchers, strategic analysts, technology planners, semiconductor manufacturers and engineers.
