Students attending the ECE Sophomore Reception on September 12 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. were welcomed with a greeting from the Department Head, faculty introductions, and invitations by speakers from student organizations. Themed "Class of 2005, Striving for Excellence" the event was held in the Singleton Room, Roberts Engineering Hall. There are 169 students in the sophomore class. Student presenters included:
