Diana Marculescu, Assistant Professor of ECE, has been invited to give a tutorial, "Minimally Clocked Microprocessor Design," at the 16th Annual ACM International Conference on Supercomputing in New York City, June 22-26. Dave Albonesi (U. Rochester) and Pradip Bose (IBM T.J. Watson) will co-present.
Diana also spoke on the "Challenges and Opportunities in Electronic Textiles Modeling and Optimization" in New Orleans at the 39th ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference on June 11. Co-authors of the paper are Radu Marculescu, Assistant Professor of ECE and Pradeep Khosla, ECE Department Head; Philip and Marsha Dowd Professor of ECE and Robotics.
Additionally, Radu presented a paper, "Does Q=MC2? (On the Relationship Between Colloidal Computing and Quality in Electronic Design)" at the 3rd Annual International Symposium on Quality in Electronic Design (isQED), March 18-21 in San Jose, California. Diana and Radu conducted the research together.
