White Appointed to Scientific Advisory Board for Data Storage Institute

Robert White, University Professor of ECE and EPP; Director of the Data Storage Systems Center, was appointed to the Scientific Advisory Board for the Data Storage Institute (DSI) by the Science and Engineering Research Council (SERC) from February 2002 to January 31, 2004.
White's research interests include magnetic device phenomena and technology policy.
The SERC is a part of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore; the DSI further enhances the SERC's R&D capacity in data storage technologies.
