Daniel P. Siewiorek, Buhl Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science and Director of the Human-Computer Interaction Institute is a founding member of the editorial board of the IEEE Computer Society and Communications Society's new magazine of mobile and ubiquitous computing, IEEE Pervasive Computing. The editorial board includes distinguished researchers from universities and industry. Mahadev Satyanarayanan, Carnegie Group Professor, School of Computer Science, is editor-in-chief of the magazine. He expects the first issue to be published in March 2002.
