Research Interests

Bridging the gap between high-frequency analog circuit design and nano-scale device modeling by focusing on physical understanding of parasitic effects in transistors, passives and interconnects at high frequencies and circuit techniques that incorporate the parasitics or minimize their impact to enable higher overall system performance and integration level.
