ECE Recruiters Networking Breakfast

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) joins the Society of Women Engineers in welcoming you to Carnegie Mellon's Technical Opportunities Conference.

This is a special invitation to you and members of your recruiting team to attend a Recruiters Networking Breakfast hosted by the ECE Department just prior to the opening of TOC.

The Breakfast

This event has become an annual tradition and an excellent way for you to meet many of ECE's graduating BS/MS/Ph.D. students, faculty, and staff. The ECE Department Head, Professor Ed Schlesinger, and Associate Department Head, Professor James Hoe, will also be on hand to talk with you.Professor Schlesinger will provide a brief introduction to and update on the ECE Department around 8:45 a.m.

We look forward to meeting with you and/or your representatives and anticipate a successful conference that will benefit employers and students alike. We are delighted that you and your company are participating!

Directions

The Singleton Room, surrounded by the Seagate Technology Atrium, is located on the fourth floor of Roberts Engineering Hall (REH). REH is behind and connected to Hamerschlag Hall and may be approached from two directions:

Through Hamerschlag Hall
Enter the front doors of Hamerschlag Hall from the campus mall. (Hamerschlag is the building with the cupola on top at the west end of campus.) Proceed to the staircase or the elevator at the end of HH first floor. Go down to level "B." Follow signs to REH. You will enter the Atrium next to Singleton.
From outside REH
Pass in front of Scaife Hall and follow the sidewalk on to the covered walkway above the service road. Proceed through the door into REH. The Singleton room will be on your left.
