ACM Workshop on Wireless Security (WiSe 2004)
in conjunction with ACM MobiCom 2004

October 1, 2004
Philadelphia, PA, U.S.A.

Sponsored by ACM SIGMOBILE

The objective of this workshop is to bring together researchers from the different research communities in wireless networking, security, and dependability, with the goal of fostering interaction among them. With the increasing reliance on wireless networks in business and everyday personal life, issues related to the secure and dependable operation of such networks are gaining significant importance. The scope of the workshop includes key management in wireless/mobile environments, intrusion detection, secure wireless MAC protocols, secure wireless and mobile routing, denial of service, privacy and anonymity, prevention of traffic analysis, dependable wireless networking, monitoring and surveillance, and disaster response. The workshop program features refereed research paper presentations and invited speakers.

The WiSe workshop is being held in conjunction with MobiCom 2004.
